What mobility solutions do you provide?
We provide escalators, lifts, passenger systems, vehicle modifications and cargo handling systems.

Mobility today goes beyond vehicles alone. It is about structures that perform consistently on the road, on rail, in industrial areas or in extreme working environments. We develop solutions ranging from transport frames and specialised mobility modules to complex interface structures for vehicles and rolling stock. Always with the same core principle: a stable design that absorbs forces, variation and real-world use with ease, even under intensive daily operation.
In mobility, every movement is unique. A system designed to operate on rail has different requirements than a simulation cockpit that must replicate realistic force feedback. People transporters in harsh environments face shocks, dust, variable loads and strict safety limits. Transport frames for long or heavy objects must be accurate in geometry, balance and load distribution, time and again, under changing conditions.
That is why we do not start with the solution, but with the use case: which forces occur in real-life situations, how does mass shift during braking or tilting, which tolerances are realistic for assembly and maintenance, and how does the system remain safe over thousands of cycles? With in-depth mechanical engineering and precise FEM analyses, we design solutions that are logical to assemble and maintain, and that function reliably for years.
Our approach starts with reality beyond the drawing board. We map load cases, mass and motion behaviour, tolerance chains and safety constraints, and translate them into a robust system architecture. We design not only for strength, but especially for stiffness, fatigue resistance, repeatability and maintainability. The result is mobility solutions that perform predictably, even as conditions change or service life increases.
Mobility projects require intelligent integration. Interfaces with vehicles, chassis, lifting and handling points, rail components or test rigs must be correct in geometry and load transfer. That is why we design with clear references, controlled load paths and a practical approach to assembly and service.
We anticipate modularity and reproducibility: variants, upgrades and long-term deployment must not introduce failure points. With FEM validation, well-considered connections and a clear maintenance concept, we deliver designs that are scalable and bring stability to operation and asset management.
Frames and modules for applications where standard solutions fall short, designed for high loads, extreme conditions and long-term deployment.
Modifications to machinery enabling safe and stable rail operation, including analysis of load transfer, wheel-rail interaction and structural integrity.
Frames and cockpit structures for training and testing applications, where stiffness, tolerances and realistic force input are critical.
Solutions for road transport, inland shipping or barge transport, optimised for load distribution, torsional stiffness, lifting points and safe handling.
Positioning frames, welding jigs and interface structures for reproducible vehicle and component assembly, with focus on references, dimensional accuracy and lifecycle performance.
Analyses of fatigue, repeated cycles and dynamic loads to ensure frames, connections and structures operate reliably throughout their entire lifecycle.
We work for machine builders, system integrators and OEMs within automotive and transportation who require robust mechanical solutions for vehicles, rolling stock, test rigs and specialised mobility modules. Always with a focus on safety, reproducibility and long-term deployment.
Do you want to develop a mobility solution that remains safe and predictable under dynamic loads? We are happy to contribute to use cases, load cases, interfaces and a design that performs in real-world conditions.
