Lead Engineer

As a Lead Engineer at MechDes, you are responsible for the success of projects. You provide technical leadership and guide a motivated team to deliver innovative, high-tech solutions. You ensure customer satisfaction, timely project delivery and consistently high-quality results. You act as the main contact for other departments, safeguard planning and ensure smooth collaboration between hardware, fluid and production disciplines.

Within the Tooling & Machines department, you have the opportunity to grow both technically and as a leader. You work closely with clients, assembly teams and engineers from various disciplines to deliver high-quality projects. Since most projects are built in the adjacent factory, you stay closely connected to production and involved throughout the entire process. You can progress to roles such as Senior Lead Engineer or Project Lead Engineer, taking on more strategic responsibilities.

You will be part of a collaborative team within Tooling & Machines, where knowledge sharing and innovation are central. There is room for your ideas and technical vision. Using modern tools such as SolidWorks, you contribute to advanced and innovative projects in a professional engineering environment.
